All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Other Countries: 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees

• US orders under $80: Flat shipping fee of $12

• US orders $80+ : Free shipping

• International shipping fees vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

RugsFun is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

• Delays caused by carriers or customs

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us and we will assist you with a resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or countries restricted by carriers.
